Two- Day Talent Hunt Competition organised at Apeejay School

Jalandhar, July 25, 2015: Two day Talent Hunt Competition was organised at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar for the students of VI-XII under the kind stewardship of Principal, Mrs Madhu Sharma. Various competitions were organised like Solo Dance competition, Music(Instrumental and Vocal) competition, Dramatics and Art n’ Craft competition. Students participated whole-heartedly and showcased their talent.
In the Solo Dance competition Abhay Sharma class VII bagged the first position, Diya Chaudhary class VI and Niharika Sharma VI won the second position whereas Vanshika Kapoor  and Simran Bhatti X won the third position.
In Music (Vocal) competition Rajan +1 commerce won the first position and Vanya Kataria (VI) bagged the second position. In Music(Instrumental) Abhay Sharma VII bagged the first position and Anshuman Rai IX stood second.
In the Painting competition Gagreen Kaur +1 commerce and Sony +1 commerce stood first whereas Rhea Dhall +1 science and Muskan Davesar +1 commerce stood second and Roopshikha +1 science and Jatin +1 commerce bagged the third position.
In Poster Making competition Harmandeep Kaur Rai IX stood first. Mandira IX and Taranpreet Kaur X bagged the second position whereas Vanshika Kapoor X stood third. 
Students created beautiful Jewellery items in Jewellery making competition. Kashish and Rimplepreet from VI bagged the first position, Eshwarjot Kaur and Ankita of VI stood second and Purvi and Niharika from Class VI bagged the third position in Group I. In Group II, Harleen and Jasmeen of class VIII stood first whereas as Avneet Kaur and Harleen Kaur of Class VII bagged the second position and Jashandeep Kaur and Amrit Sangha stood third.
Students presented beautiful short skits depicting the value and importance of relations and ethics in our life. In Dramatics, Simran and Sukhmandeep Kaur Rai of class VIII bagged the first position whereas Harmandeep Kaur Rai and Mandira from class IX and Kashish and Eshwarjot Kaur from class VI stood second and third respectively.
Students also showcased their talent in computers also. A Powerpoint Presentation Competition was organized in which presentation on various topics like Yoga in Life, Ozone shield etc. were prepared. Harleen Kaur and Avneet Kaur from class VII bagged the first position whereas Gurleen and Anmol Kamal VII and Eshwarjot Kaur and Jashanpreet Kaur of class VI stood second third respectively.
Principal Mrs. Madhu Sharma appreciated the efforts of all the participants and congratulated the winners of the competitions.
