PCTE students, Pallavi Verma and Dapinder Kaur Grewal stood First in University Examination

Ludhiana, August 6, 2015: PCTE students sparkled again in University exams this season. Pallavi Verma of PCTE stood First in 3rd semester of PTU Examinations with 91.43%. Whereas, Ayush Kapoor scoring 89.71% from GNIMT stood second. Following them, Simranpreet Kaur Walia scoring 89.29% from CKDIMT secured third position in University Examinations.
The 5th semester results also made PCTE shine where Dapinder Kaur Grewal stood First with 92.17% following Garima Kaura standing second with 91.67%. Following them CKDIMT students, Priya secured third position with 91.50% and Mani Mehta who scored 91.17% stood fourth.
Buoyed by the success, Pallavi Verma said that, “I thank my teachers and parents who supported me to achieve this. I am glad that my hard work and concentration paid off well. I seek to continue this performance in future.” Dapinder Kaur Grewal said, “It was the regular support and guidance of faculty members who helped me to perform so well”. Garima Kaura also said "My parents take a lot of pride for my performance and I am happy to achieve this result.”
Prof. Swapan Chanana, Unit Head, PCTE said that, “Pallavi Verma, Dapinder Kaur and all others mentioned were dedicated to secure university positions. He said that BCA students of PCTE have performed exceptionally well in University Examination”. He further said that “We are always focused to provide positive study environment to IT students with practical orientation by guest lectures and regular Industrial visits”
Dr. K.N.S.Kang Director General PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students and also said that it is the hard work and commitment that has paid all of them. He said that so far PCTE has clinched 29 gold medals in University. He also said that PCTE is putting in lot of efforts in improving the quality of education in their institutes. He said that this achievement of the student will help them in professional and personal life. He wished all the students good luck for their life.
