5 Days Student Development Program (SDP) on Universal Human Values (UHV) Concludes at UIET

Chandigarh April 26, 2024: Universal Human Values (UHV) Cell in collaboration with UIET and TEC, Panjab University (PU), organized a Five-Days Student Development Program (SDP) from April 22, 2024, to April 26, 2024 in Mechanical Department of UIET.

The SDP aimed to foster a deeper understanding and integration of UHV in students to overcome the challenges encountered by them in their day-to-day life.

First year of BE (Mechanical Engineering) students participated in the SDP. The program expounded on the true meaning of happiness, harmony with self and surroundings, and aided in dealing with educational stress and anxiety. The SDP was organized under the coordination of Dr. Garima Joshi and Prof. Shankar Sehgal. Chief Guest of the valedictory session, Prof. Sanjeev Puri, Director, UIET praised the efforts of UHC Cell and motivated the students to incorporate UHV as much as possible in their life. Guest of Honor, Prof. Suchi Gupta, Coordinator First-year, UIET also graced the occasion.
