Jalandhar, January 13, 2015: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar celebrated the season’s great festive occasion by dedicating Lohri to the cause of Women Empowerment.
The Principal of KMV Prof Dr Atima Sharma lit the bonfire. She addressed the students and threw light on the importance of the festival and wished the students success in their future. The students and teachers enjoyed the festival with zeal and enthusiasm. The students danced to the tune of Dhol and sang folk songs related to Lohri.
