Guest Lecture Held at DIPS-IMT

Jalandhar, October 20, 2016: To provide exposure and to uplift the knowledge of students Department of ATHM at DIPS-IMT, Pathankot Road, Jalandar organised a Guest Lecture. Prof.Sameer Thakur-Director-Principal, St.Soldier Group (College of Hospitality and Tourism) was formally welcomed at DIPS-IMT by Mr.Arshdeep Singh Bedi, Head of Department.
Prof. Sameer Thakur provided many valuable tips to the students regarding Aviation and Tourism industry. He further added that all the students of DIPS-IMT, Dept. of ATHM have the spark to excel in this very industry. He elucidated to the students on professional & educational requirements etc which can be a student achieve flying colors in Tourism industry. Above all, Prof. Sameer Thakur explained students on the job opportunities in Aviation & Tourism sector. An add on factor was the tips given by Prof. Thakur on the interview cracking techniques which could act as a path finder for the students. Last but not the least, Dr. Simranjit Singh-Principal gave vote of Thanks to Prof. Sameer Thakur. Director- Dr. K.K Handoo was also present to grace the occasion.
