CANDIDATES WERE FRAUDULENTLY ENROLLED INTO ARMY BETWEEN 2014 TO 2018 FIR REGISTERED ON COMPLAINT OF ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE LUDHIANA Ludhiana, March 21, 2019: On the complaint of Colonel Vishal Dubey, Director Recruiting, Army Recruiting Office, Ludhiana, an FIR has been registered against 30 candidates got fraudulently enrolled in the Indian Army between the period from 2014 to 2018 through Army Recruiting Office, Ludhiana, at Division Number 5 Police Station, here. In his complaint to Police Station, Division No 5, Ludhiana, Colonel Vishal Dubey told the police that 30 candidates got fraudulently enrolled in the Indian Army between the period from 2014 to 2018 through Army Recruiting Office, Ludhiana. On detailed scrutiny of residence certificates of the 30 candidates by Army Recruiting Office, Ludhiana, it was observed that none of the address of the candidates was correct. Also the same was confirmed and attested on a certificate by the respective house owner/Parshad (Municipal Councilor)/Sarpanch that these candidates are fake. Hence, an FIR has been lodged against the above candidates by Army Recruiting Office at Police Station, Division No 5, Ludhiana. Col Dubey told the police that the aim behind this complaint against fraudulently enrolled candidates of last five years is to drive home the message that no fake candidates will be spared come what may irrespective of the number of years of service already put in by the individual in the Indian Army.
