Youth Akali Dal supports victim of Congress and MC sitting on hunger strike

Ludhiana, January 19, 2019: The Youth Akali Dal has suppprted the victim of Congress government and Ludhiana Municipal Corporation . Senior YAD leader Meetpal Singh Dugri met Ravinderpal Singh who was sitting on hunger strike outside the office of MC Dzone.

Ravinderpal Singh,a vendor outside Gurdwara Baba Deep Singh was on hunger strike after his vend was removed by Municipal Corporation following the directions of local congress leader. Ravinderpal Singh said that he was paying composition fee to MC every month and have all required permissions.

Member of Core committee of Youth Akali Dal Meetpal Singh Dugri said that the officials of Municipal Corporation were harassing the innocent people on the behest of Congress leaders.

Meetpal Singh Dugri said that Ravinderpal was having all required permissions but even then he was targeted by MC. Today, he met MC officials and the matter was settled after the officials returned the cart of Ravinderpal Singh. The local bodies department led by Navjot Singh Sidhu has been a total failure and minister has no control on officials and targeting innocent people.

Meetpal Dugri further added that Ravinderpal Singh also use to offer free food to children's learning Gurbani. Unfortunately MC was targeting these people. On this occasion, Arvinder Singh, Daljit Gill, Jashan Kang, Avninder Mann, RobinNanda, Raja Walia, Micky Grewal, Amarjot Singh, SahilChopra, Baljinder Singh and others were present.
