CGC Jhanjeri students distribute warm cloths & daily necessities in orphanage

Mohali, December 12, 2019: The NCC Cadets & Students of Chandigarh group of Colleges, Jhanjeri distributed warm Cloths & things of daily necessities in an Old Age & Mentally Challenged Home & Orphanage “Prabh Asra” in Jhanjeri. The Students unconditionally collected clothes, fruits, books etc & donated towards this noble cause under the banner of NCC. Lt.Rohan Dadhwal from NCC wing also accompanied the students, wherein they not only did charity but also spent precious time with these differently abled people. Students were also made to reflect & discuss about all the concerns they face as students. On this occasion, CGC President Rachpal Singh Dhaliwal motivated the students by telling them how the students have always been on the forefront of the movement of change. He said that students need to have their voices and opinions heard. They have an obligation if not towards themselves, but towards the others who will follow them, to teach them what the previous generations have left us.
