Students of Innocent Hearts take pledge “main fit to India fit”

Jalandhar, August 29, 2019: Four Schools of Innocent Hearts, Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.- Jandiala Road and Royal World International School watched the live telecast of Fit India Movement launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The students were excited since morning to listen their Prime Minister. All the necessary arrangements were made to show the live telecast to the students. Honourable Prime Minister mentioned to the students in his speech to stay fit by getting involved in outdoor games, gadgets cannot keep us healthy because different outdoor games lead to fitness. He also mentioned that the traditional Indian field sport like, Gilli Danda, Langdi taang, Playing with Colourful Marbles were also a sort of exercises which enhances concentration, ability to measure Long distance without tape and a great massage for feet. The children took a pledge to take care of their health and to add nutritive food in their diet. They also said that they will motivate their parents also to go for a walk daily to live a healthy and long life.
