Poster making competition on theme protection & conservation of environment

Chandigarh, August 28, 2019: The 2nd edition of Poster Making Competition & final round of Declamation Competition was organised in University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University by the Legal Aid Society.
The theme of the competition was, “Protection & Conservation of environment” & "Protection of environment is the key to preserve right to life" respectively. The competition witnessed a great zeal of participation of more than 60 students from different years of the department. The students showcased their creativity & artistic skills. The Poster making competition was judged by Dr. Pushpinder & Prof. Rajinder Kaur (Dr.). The 1st prize was won by Fairy, 2nd by Samiksha & 3rd by Pranav. 8 students were qualified for the final round of Declamation Competition judged by Dr. Jaimala, Dr. Jasneet & Dr. Sasha. 1st prize was won by Surner, 2nd by Ujjwal, 3rd by Chirag & Consolation prize won by Priya.
The Legal Aid Society even motivated the students and encouraged them to create awareness amongst the youth to create legal awareness and provided tips in order to Protect & Save our Environment.
