Experts said that aged people are especially vulnerable during winter

Mohali: As many as 50 members of Lions Club, Mohali attended a ‘meet your doctors’ program at Shalby Hospital here today.
Addressing members, Dr Kapil Dev Dumra, cardiologist at Shalby said that aged people are especially vulnerable during winter. Thus it’s important to understand the effects of severe cold weather on body, and the risks for heart health.

Wearing a few thin layers can help keep you warmer than one thick layer.
During occasion Dr. Ruchika and Dr. Akash both from medicine, Dr Ajay Panwar from neuro intervention and stroke specialist, Dr Dr. Muninder Singh Randhawa, urologist, Dr Aditya Banta, spine surgeon and Dr Rohit Bansal general surgeon spoke about the recent development in their respective medical fields.
