Ferozepur, July 7, 2013: An incident of rape has come to notice in village Ruakshah Saidan Wala near Ferozepur.
The Kulgarhi police have registered a case under sections 452, 376, 341 and 506 of IPC.
Divulging with the details of the case, Jasbir Singh, SHO informed that the complainant alleged that on July 6 at about 11 AM, she was all alone at home and one Karaj Singh resident of Ruakshah Saidan Wala entered the house and forcefully raped her and threatened with dire consequences.
He further said, the police on the statement of the complainant, have registered a case against Karaj Singh.
Further investigation is in progress.
No arrest has so far been made in this case, he added.
