Mobile Planetarium takes students of Brilliance, on a space trip

Panchkula, May 17, 2016: An activity related to astronomy and space, was conducted at Brilliance World School today. The students were given an experience of the open sky and the heavenly bodies, by using a mobile Planetarium. Things in the universe have continued to fascinate children at all ages; & correct scientific information was shared with students by experts. The gazing session included showing of interesting space films & this was followed by a quiz session. It was a unique experience for all students from play- way till XII.
“The reason behind this activity was to make the students aware of the new avenues being provided by the branch of science called astrophysics, which begins with the process of creating interest in Astronomy.” Said Niranjana Chatterji, Principal, Brilliance World School, Panchkula.
