LKCE students visited Medhaavi Center for Automotive Research - An ISO 9001:2008 organization during Industrial Visit

Jalandhar, March 31, 2016: The department of ECE of Lyallpur Khalsa College of engineering arranged an industrial visit at Medhaavi Center for Automotive Research - An ISO 9001:2008 organization. The purpose of this visit was to enable the students to gain exposure to industrial environment and futuristic trends in the field of Embedded Systems. Embedded Systems can be used in a variety of applications including traffic control, moisture and humidity control, surveillance systems and pollution control systems and conserving the natural resources. The students were accompanied by Dr. Amandeep Singh (HOD, ECE), Er. Pallavi Sharma (Asstt. Professor, ECE), Mr. Bishnu Dutt (Lab Technician, ECE) and team of Medhaavi, who shared their knowledge and experience.
Dr. Amandeep Singh (HOD, ECE) said that these kind of industrial visits help the students to understand the actual practical implementation of the concepts which they are studying theoretically.
S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha( Director Academics, KCL Group) said that LKCE is committed to strengthen the academic learning of their students by keeping this practice of arranging industrial visits regularly.
Dr. Y.S. Randhawa(Director, LKCE) appreciated the Department of ECE for arranging the Industrial visit. He encouraged the students and the faculty to organize these types of visits in future also.
