Jugraj Singh Katora and Gurnaib Singh Gill taking charge as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of Market Committee Firozpur City on Thursday.
Ferozepur, November 13, 2014: Jugraj Singh Katora today took charge as the Chairman of the Market Committee Firozpur City where as Gurnaib Singh Gill, who has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the committee. The ceremony was held here in the complex of Market Committee office.
Kamal Sharma, President, Bhartiya Janta Party, Punjab was present in the function. In his address he told to the sangat that party has taken decision by nominating Katora as Chairman because of Karora's dedication, sincerity, honesty and day night restless working.
Hari Singh Zira MLA from Zira, Darshan Singh Akali Leader and Darshan Singh Sherkhan and various other members of Akali leadership were present.
Mohan Lal Sethi In-charge of Firozpur BJP also thanked the government for the encouraging the party workers by honoring them with such posts.
Surinder Singh Bagge ke Pippal, MAnand Singla General Secretaries BJP Firozpur Dist. Jimmy Sandhu President BJYM, Ashwani Grover President Municipal Council, Firozpur Ajay Sachdeva, President Media Cell Firozpur and other workers of BJP and Akali Dal were also present.
