18 students of S. B. S. Campus placed during placement drive of top IT company Infosys

Ferozpur, October 23, 2019: One of the Top IT company of India Infosys Ltd. conducted joint Campus Placement Drive of final year students from SBS State Technical Campus, Ferozepur and SLIET, Longowal held at SLIET, Longowal. Total 18 students (seventeen students from CSE and one student from Mechanical Engg Deptt) were finally selected from this Technical Campus of this border belt. The names of students selected during this placement drive are Aashish Kumar, Aditi, Arti Bala, Bashir Ahmed, Bhanu Chalotra, Gaurav Gwari, Hemant Kant Tiwari, Himanshu Patel, Jannat, Narinder Garg, Rahul Dhawan, S K Mirazul Hoque, Sachin Kumar, Somya Sharma, Sudhakar Kumar Singh, Swetabh Mukherjee, Gagandeep Kaur and Abhishek Byahut. Dr. T.S. Sidhu, Campus Director said that the company official conducted the Technical Online Test, Technical-and HR-rounds and finally selected 18 students. Campus Director T.S. Sidhu, Dr. Gazal Preet Arneja TPO, Mr. Inderjeet Singh Gill ATPO, Mr Kamal Khanna TPO Poly Wing, Mr. Japinder Singh HOD CSE, Mr. Sukhwant Singh HOD Mechanical Engg Deptt, Mr. Navtej Singh TPI CSE and Dr. Arun Kumar Asati TPI Mechanical Engg Deptt congratulated the selected students and their families. Further, it is worth to mention here that a number of MNCs companies visited this Technical Campus for the recruitment of Engineering students in recent past and another eminent IT Company WIPRO Ltd. is conducting National Level Talent Hunt (NLTH) for ELITE 2019 hiring.
