Workshop on statistical package for social sciences

Jalandhar, November 13, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya’s Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Administration organized a one day workshop on S.P.S.S.- Statistical Package for Social Sciences. Dr.Ashish Arora, Associate Professor, University Business School, University Campus, Jalandhar was the resource person. Addressing the students he focused upon the need and importance of research in social sciences. He further explained various techniques to analyze and interpret research data by using S.P.S.S. and M.S. Excel. He demonstrated different tools for implementing research methods to the students in an interactive and interesting way. He also involved students by citing various suitable examples of research in different fields of life. The Principal of the college Prof.Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the commerce department for successfully organizing this workshop and also motivated the students to excel in the field of research.
