Samrala, March 31, 2015: Two youths were killed in a road accident on Ludhiana-Chandigarh road near village Chahilan last night. The deceased were identified as Lovelesh Kumar (26) of Khanna and Sampooran Singh (22) of Kohara.
Both the youths were going on a motorcycle towards Kohara from Khanna. When they reached near Village Chahilan suddenly their motorcycle slipped and they fell on the road. Due to severe injuries Lovelesh Kumar died on the spot while Sampooran Singh was rushed to Civil Hospital Samrala where he succumbed to his injuries.
As per SHO Samrala Ashwani Kumar both the youths were employees of a company located at Kohara and their bodies were handed over to their guardians after post mortem. No case was registered in this regard, said SHO.
