Ludhiana, June 23, 2015: A five-day short training course on “Cooking and Baking” began at the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). As many as 39 participants are attending this training course, which has been organized by the Department of Food and Nutrition, College of Home Science, PAU.
Dr Anita Kochhar, Professor and Head, Department of Food and Nutrition, apprised the trainees of healthy eating habits. She also informed that hands-on-training on 28 nutritious recipes based on sprouting, fermentation and baking, alongwith various beverages and pudding, would be imparted to the participants during the course.
