Students of LGC qualified for final competition World Skill Brazil

Students of V semester CSE of the Ludhiana Group of Colleges, Chaukimann who have brought laurels to its institute by qualifying the prelim rounds of an international event on web development, seen with the college authorities.

Ludhiana, January 23, 2015: Two students namely Tanvir Singh and Diljot Singh of V semester CSE of the Ludhiana Group of Colleges, Chaukimann have brought laurels to its institute by qualifying the prelim rounds of an international event on web development.

Tanvir along with other two finalists (one from Mumbai and the other from Bangalore) won on zonal basis from among many drawn various engineering colleges from all over India.

In India, the completion was organised by National Skill Devolvement Corporation in collaboration with Aptech. The event has been sponsored by ‘World Skill Brazil where the final is slated sometimes in April next year.

The trio will now vie for the top slot in Brazil-the host country for the finals.

This student is elated at their excellent performance in their final exam and attributed it to the concerned effort of their hard work, teachers guidance& family support.

Management of College Rajeev Gulati, Vikram Grover, Director Dr. J.K Chawla, Director (Coordination) J.S. Sudan and HOD CSE Department Sita Rani of LGC congratulated and encouraged the students on their splendid achievement and exported them to keep it up in their future exams also. They motivated and wished the students for their bright future.
