Skill Enhancement Workshop in Khalsa College

Jalandhar, March 28, 2016: A three day workshop on Skill Enhancement of Software and Printing Technology began today in P.G.Department of Computer Science & IT, Lyallpur Khalsa College in which Ms.Gurjot Kaur Chief Operative Officer informed the students about recent developments in Software and Printing Technology. She also briefed the students on career possibilities in these areas. Speaking on the occasion, the college principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra said that the workshop aimed at practically relating students with industry, so that they could be made competent to meet the requirements of the job market. On the occasion, Mr. Paramvir Singh Graphic Web Designer delivered a lecture on ‘User Interface Design’ and Ms. Neetu Dua Director Education Amritsar delivered a lecture on ‘Personality Development. The head of the Computer Science department Prof. Manohar Singh elaborated the objectives of the workshop. The occasion were witnessed by the presence of Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Anand, Prof. Baldev Singh, Prof. Sandeep Bassi, Prof. Sandeep Singh, Prof. Mandeep Bhatia, Prof. Gagandeep Singh, Prof. Daljit Kaur, Prof. Jaspreet Kaur Bains, Prof. Karamjit Kaur, Prof. Jaswinder Singh, Prof. Jatinder Kumar and other senior teachers of the Computer Department of the college.
