Chandigarh, September 11, 2015: Dr Shakeel Ahmad General Secretary, AICC Incharge Punjab Affairs has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Sh. Gopal Krishan Chatrath, Former Advocate General and Chairman Disciplinary Action Committee & Ex-MLA. In his condolence message Dr. Shakeel Ahmad has said that the Congress Party has suffered a great loss in the death of Sh. G.K. Chatrath who had served the Party in various capacities.
