Seminar on ‘Life & Works of Thakur Baldev Singh’ on 5th of January: Parasher

Dharamshala, December 31, 2018: Rachana Sahitya Avem Kala Manch,Palampur will organise 2nd of the series seminar on ‘Life & Works of Thakur Baldev Singh’ on January 5, 2019 at Celestial Public High School,Rajpur in collaboration with HP Academy of Arts,Languages & Culture. Informing this one of the leading writer of the state Mr Ajay Parasher said that the lead paper will be presented by Trilok Mehra. The 84th issue of Rachana Hindi magazine, which focuses on One Act Plays, will also be released on the occasion. He added , “It will be followed by a kavi sammelan. Writers including Sudershana Bhateria,Shakti Chand Rana, Ajay Parasher, Kalyan Jaggi, Arvind Thakur, Sudershan Bhatia, PCK Prem, Ashu Phull, Sweeti Thakur, Arun Nagpal, Vijay Puri, Kamlesh Sood, Alpaana Pathania, Heena Chinnauria, Mamta Sood, Dolma Bhardwaj etc will participate. Prof Sushil Kumar Phull will narrate his memoirs about the great poet Baldev Singh Thakur,whose Hawa Dakhini had won him HP Academy Award in nineties.”
