SEMINAR ON SMART VOTING UNDER "I VOTE I LEAD" CAMPAIGN ORGANISED TODAY

Ludhiana, November 4, 2016: A team of young leaders under their campaign "I Vote I Lead" organised a Seminar on smart voting at Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna. The seminar was held in association with District Administration and SDM Khanna Mr.Amit Bamby was the chief guest on the occasion. The seminar was led by Mr Gauravdeep Singh, a youth empowerment activist and the campaign leader from Ludhiana, along with his team mates Tarun Singla and Nukul Sood. More than 200 students attended the seminar and took a pledge to vote smartly by studying about the candidates and the process completely. Students also took a pledge to make people aware about the consequences of selling a vote in elections and pledged to ensure a bribe free elections in their respective areas. The team will lead seminars in more than 25 colleges in the month of November creating awareness about smart voting and power of vote.
