A Speaker addressing Seminar on International Education held at DAV College, Jalandhar on Wednesday.
Jalandhar, October 22, 2015: A seminar on International Education was organised by DAV College in collaboration with Trivedi overseas & his team, Sukant Trivedi, CEO, Aditya (European Representative ) Rajni Sharma, Kanwar, (New Zealand representatives), Pankaj Rattan Educational company Group (USA representative).
It was under the aegis of event coordinator Prof AK Trivedi, Head Geography department, the main thrust of the seminar was to familiarise the international education with the students of the college.
About 200 students participated in the seminar and lots of interaction was held between the representatives and the students of the college.
They stressed on the fact that it's not "brain drain", but it is "brain gain ".
Dr B B Sharma , Principal conveyed his best wishes on this occasion and talked about the implications of international education , and its importance in economic development , one should acquire education from abroad and come back to serve their own country ".
Prof Manish Khanna (Dean Public Relations), Prof Rajeev Sharma, Dr Raj Kumar, Prof Naveen Saini, Prof Lalit Goyal ,Prof Rajesh Jolly and Madam Gurleen Kaur were present to grace the seminar.
