Self-Motivating Workshop organised by Sanskrit Department of DAV College
Jalandhar, January 28, 2019: Self motivating workshop was organized by the Sanskrit Department of DAV College, Jalandhar. Former Member of the DAV Local Managing Committee Mr.Kundan Lal Agarwal was present as Chief Guest. Dr.R.D.Tiwari, Former Head of the Department of Sanskrit was present as a special guest. Nine academicians of Sanskrit were called in this event. From Vishveshwaranand Vedic Shodh Sansthan Sadhu Ashram, Hoshiarpur, Dr.Prem Lal Sharma, Ritu Bala from Meher Chand Poltechnical College. Retired VK Samar, Kiran bala, Gauri shankar, Shashi, Ram vadar and Anuj Sharma were present. Dr. Jeevan Asha, Head of the department, introduced everyone, welcoming all the guests and teachers. On this occasion, Principal Dr. SK Arora said that organizing this workshop by Sanskrit Department is indeed laudable. Today, necrutism is spreading in society, and life is becoming dull. It is very important for us to have positive energy in our life. If you want to achieve excellence in life, self-motivation is necessary. You must know the way to motivate yourself. You should be able to keep your soul high, no matter how disappointing it is in any situation. The only way to get you strength to overcome difficulties is to enccourage those who are discouraged in the difficult times before they finish the fight. This workshop will help you in all of these. Samar Saheb explained the importance of Sanskrit and Vedanga as well as in its scientific form. He said that active energy is very important in life. Vedas and Upanishads are our ancient culture. We should study them. By their knowledge, we will have a positive energy effect. Knowledge only removes all evil spirits. Our Vedas and Upanishads are its biggest source. Dr. RD Tiwari, who came as a special guest, highlighted the achievement of the Sanskrit department while explaining the importance of subject. Dr. Jeevan Asha, Head of the Sanskrit Department said that the person becomes the same as he thinks. This statement applies to all individuals. You can succeed in life only when you keep your thinking positive about achieving success. If you find yourself flawless and keep looking at yourself, you will definitely be able to move towards success. This workshop has been organized for this kind of positivity.
