Selection Committee constituted for Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College

Chandigarh, May 21, 2015: Haryana Government has constituted a Selection Committee for selection of 50 per cent of total posts of Office Staff and Para Medical Staff in Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal by way of direct recruitment.

While stating this here today, a spokesman of Medical Education and Research Department said that a notification in this regard has been issued by the department.

The spokesman said  that the Selection Committee would comprise of Director General, Medical Education and Research Haryana, Panchkula, Director General, Health Services, Haryana or his representative  not below the rank of Director Health Services, Director of the College and Medical Superintendent of the College.

He said that Director of the College would be the appointing authority of all Office staff and para medical staff. Process of selection of suitable candidates by the Committee however would be carried out accordance with the draft rules which were being framed on the line of rules of PGIMS Rohtak, he added. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
