Ludhiana, December 2, 2015: “To eat food is necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.” To induce refined eating habits in children, a salad dressing competition was organised for the students of class X, by the Cookery Club of BCM Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh Road. Children not only actively participated in it, but also came up with nutritional salads. They were also found to be well informed about the nutritional values. Cleanliness, taste & presentation were the basic criterion for the judgment.
