PU invites applications for M.Ed. (General) Sem-I Admissions 2016-17

Chandigarh, June 21, 2016: Department of Education, Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has invited applications for M.Ed. (General) Semester–I.
The Admission forms are available on University website admissions.puchd.ac.in on the link- Application form for admission for courses (Other than Online Admissions 2016-17). The last date of filling the form is 30th June, 2016.
No Entrance Test would be conducted for M.Ed (General) Semester –I admissions 2016-17. Counselling for M.Ed. (General) Semester-I would be held on July 14, 2016 at the Department of Education, Ground Floor, Arts Block- II, Panjab University, Chandigarh from 9.30 am onwards. The students should bring all the original Documents at the Time of Counseling.
Eligibility Criteria is B.Ed. with 50% marks (45% for S.C./S.T./B.C.Candidates). Documents of Self attested copy of Matric Certificate, Self attested copy of Graduation Marksheet & Degree Certificate, Self attested copy of B.Ed. Marksheet, Self attested copy of Master’s Degree certificates (if any), Affidavit, if gap in studies and Certificate of Participation in Co-curricular activities eg. NSS, NCC, Youth Festival, Skill in Teaching (if any) are to be attached along with Admission Form for M.Ed. (General) Semester-I.
