Chandigarh, October 6, 2015: Assistant Professor Pharmacology of University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh Dr.Anurag Kuhad has received UGC Research Award, 2015.
Dr. Anurag receives a research grant of 3. lakhs for a period of two years and several incentives. This research award is given to teachers who have a doctorate degree and have shown excellence in their fields is considered for the award.
He has been selected from among the top 100 researchers. The objectives of the scheme are to provide opportunities to regularly appoint permanent teachers of universities/institutions to pursue research in their area(s) of specialization for a period of two years without undertaking any research guidance. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
