Leaders and workers of Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) burning the flag of Pakistan at Clock Tower, Ludhiana on Monday, as a mark of protest against the brutal killing of two Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army.

Ludhiana, January 14, 2013: Leaders and workers of Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) burnt the flag of Pakistan at Clock Tower here on Monday, as a mark of protest against the brutal killing of two Indian soldiers by the Pakistan Army.

Protestors were led by the party’s District President Kantendu Sharma. They also shouted slogans against Pakistan.

Among others, the BJYM state president Rajesh Honey and state secretary Jiwan Gupta and BJP Ludhiana District Unit president Parveen Bansal also joined the protestors.

Addressing the protestors, Honey and Bansal Pakistan should not taken test of patience of India repeatedly. They termed the incident as a “deep wound” to India. They said this was a cowardly act by Pakistan.

The leaders sought strict action against those who were behind this cowardly act.

Kantendu Sharma said they would further intensify the agitation. He asserted that the Indian government must take a concrete step to teach a lesson to Pakistan.

Protestors included Harsh Sharma, Sumit Tandon, Dr. Satish Kumar, Mahesh Sharma, Rajiv Kalra, Harjinder Singh Bedi, Deepak Goyal, Pankaj Sharma, Harry Grewal, Neeraj Vashisht, Rajesh Gupta, Nawal Jain and Naresh Dhiman.
