Ferozepur, February 26, 2013: In the village Kuhala, near Ferozepur, the police arrested one person in possession of 5,000 intoxicant tablets.
Giving the details, Baljinder Singh, ASI said, when the police was patrolling to keep a check on the suspicious nature persons in village Kuhala, a person with suspicious nature was stopped and on searching, 5,000 phinotil tablets were recovered from his possession.
The arrested person disclosed his name as Baljit Ram, a resident of village Bharana, who was booked under NDPS Act.
