Maths Mania Contest At DIPS-Suranussi

Jalandhar, August 2, 2015: students of Dips-Suranussi actively participated in Maths mania contest where different mathematical activities were undertaken level wise for this contest like drawing of geometrical figures, cutting tables contest mental Maths, mathematical puzzles & fun activites, group demonstration on mathematical concepts, non-working model making and mathematics working project were organised for classes I to X. Students hardwork, dedication, team work and art of presentation could be witnessed in different working and non-working models like HCF & LCM, Indian & International system of numeration, quadrilaterals, total surface area of cyclinders, properties of circle, angle sum property, phthagoras theorem, playing cards, frustum, linear programming etc. In all these various contests, Shubham Karman(I-A), Kritika (Ii-G), Vaishnavi(I-C), Piyush(I-G), Jasmeet (I-B),Deevanshu(Ii-C),Sahibnoor(I-A),Tanmay(Ii-C),Aryan(Iii-G),Rajwant (Iii-G),Shreya(Iii-G),Gurvish(Iii-G),Prateek(Iv-B),Bhupesh(Iv-B),Rishab(Iv-B),Parul(Iv-B),Priyal(V-A),Yashik (V-A),Kiran(V-A),Bhavik(V-A),Pallavi(Vi-B),Dishant(Vi-B), Saraswati(Vii-B),Kajal(Vii-B),Abhay(Viii-G),Maneesh(Viii-G),Jasmeet(Ix-B),Rupinder(Ix-B), Preeti(X-A), Harmanpreet(X-A) and S.S.Mercy (Ix-A) were the winners.
