Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, jalandhar who win Wrestling (Greco Roman) inter-college competition of GNDU, Amritsar.
Jalandhar, December 26, 2015: Lyallpur Khalsa College has won the Wrestling (Greco Roman) inter-college competition of Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. This information was given by Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra, College Principal. He said that the college had a policy of offering liberal concessions and advanced sports facilities to its player students, as a result of which it had won the overall sports championship of the university 13 times. Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President College Management congratulated the college sports department and students (Captain Manvir Singh, Jagdish Kumar, Bikramjit Singh, Jarnail Singh, Mohit Kumar, Harpreet Singh, Neeraj and Abhishek) on this achievement. Prof. Manjinder Singh, Incharge and Ranjit Singh, Coach of the Wrestling team were also present on this occasion.
