Ludhiana, October 24, 2015: BCM School, Basant Avenue, Dugri, Ludhiana hosted the Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex Inter School Quiz Competition 2015-16.
29 teams from different schools of the city participated in the event Ms Gulneet Chahel a renowned journalist and Sh.R.B.Khanna were the guest of Honor. She was accorded a floral welcome by the school principal.
There was a preliminary round comprising a written quiz in which the best six teams were shortlisted for the main event. Teams named Yodhas, Shurvirs, Bajhubalis, Prakramis, Mahabalis & Balshalis comprising of 3 members each. There was a close knit competition among them in the six rounds. The four positions were bagged as under:
1st - BCM School, Chandigarh Road
2nd - DAV Public School
3rd - BCM School, Basnat City
4th - KVM School, Civil Lines
The winners were awarded with trophies by the guest of Honor Ms. Gulneet Chahel who highly appreciated the efforts of the students.
The School Principal Dr. Vandna Shahi congratulated the winning teams and motivated the students to update themselves so as to be at par with the growing world.
