Ludhiana, October 2, 2015: LGC, Chaukimann celebrated birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri with great pomp and gaiety. On the occasion, all the faculty members and the Students attended the function. Director of the College Dr.J.K.Chawla, Principal of Management Department Dr.Jaskiran Kaur, Principal of Engineering Department Dr.A.K.Singh, and Director(Co-ordination) Mr.J.S.Sudan presented the opinion regarding Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.
All the students who participated also gave lectures on the life of Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Sastri Ji and performed various culture activities related to Gandhi’s life and conducted a Literary competition like Essay Writing, Extempore Speech and Drawing competition to commemorate the birthday of Gandhi Ji and Lal Bahadur Sastri Ji . The prizes distributed to winners by Management of the College, Sh. Rajeev Gulati and Sh. Vikram Grover.
