Jalandhar, October 2, 2014: BJP National Executive Member Manoranjan Kalia, MLA on Thursday paid glowing tributes to the Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri here today by garlanding the statues. He was accompanied among others by Manjinder Singh Chatha, Jagjit Singh, Ravi Mahendru, Varinder Sharma Guddu, Balbir Singh Bittu, Jogiender Singh Tony, Ashok Sareen, Pawan Kapur, Rajat Mohindru, Vijay Kalia and Rajiv Walia. In his address, Kalia recalled about the life and works of both Gandhi and Shastri. He also lauded Swacch Bharat Mission launched across the country by the Prime Minister Narendera Modi from today onwards.
