Ivy World School conducts Training Workshop for Bus Drivers & Attendants

Jalandhar, May 25, 2017: Safety and well being of Ivyians has always been the primary concern at the school so in keeping with this objective workshops and lectures are being conducted for the school bus drivers and attendants regularly.
In a joint effort of TATA Cargo Motors and Castrol India an interactive workshop was conducted for them. Drivers were taught about safe driving and the safety of the children. Mr Ram Lal GM-Services from TATA Cargo Motors gave tips to drivers for pre-duty and after duty checks for preventive maintenance of vehicles. Mr Sandeep from Castrol India said that most of the incidents happen while boarding and deboarding of children and wrongly parked vehicles on the road. He interacted with the drivers and taught them safety tips on handling children.
Mrs S Chauhan, Principal Ivy World School and Col Manjit Singh (Retd) , Director Administration , Vasal Education Society were also present on the occasion . Castrol India presented First Aid Boxes for the school buses.
