Isha Chouhan of Ghumarwin topped HP class X Exam with 99.14 marks

Dharamshala, May 9, 2017: Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has declared the Matric Exam result on Tuesday here. Mr.Balbir Tegta Chairman of HPSEB said that top two positions were shared by two Chouhan girls. Isha Chouhan of Minerva Academy, Ghumarwin in Bilaspur Distriict scored top position with 694/700 marks (99.14%), while Riya Chouhan of IVN Public School Nahan got 2nd spot with 693 marks(99%). Tegta said that Top 10 positions in Marit were held by 33 students with the last one getting 97.71% marks.
He said that this year a total of 115317 students appeared in Matric Exam conducted by the board in March. 76855 students cleared the exam , and 16564 were placed under compartment , so the result this year adjudged to be 67.57 %. It was 66.88 last year.
