Innocent Hearts College Of Education Is Organising Lesson Plan Workshop

Jalandhar, July 19, 2016: Innocent Hearts College of Education is organising seven days Lesson plan workshop based on Models of Teaching from July 18 to July 24. Dr.Tina Lecturer at Senior Secondary Residential School for Meritorious students, Mohali was the resource person on the first day of the workshop. Many Educators and student-teachers from neighboring institutions attended this workshop. There were interactive sessions in which ‘Constructivist lesson planning’ was discussed by giving real life experiences. This was followed by practical session in which the delegates prepared lesson plans based on Constructivist approach .TRIVENI-2016 will continue for seven days. Dr. Amita Khosla, Assistant Professor, SBBS University, Jalandhar will be the resource person on the second day of the workshop. Principal, Dr. Arjinder Singh stated that the aim of the workshop is to orient the student- teachers and teacher –educators to the latest changes in curriculum of B.Ed. He said that this workshop is very beneficial for the student- teachers as they will gain the knowledge about the latest techniques of teaching, which they will be using in their school internship program during B.Ed.
