HR Meet - Industry Expectations at PU

Chandigarh, February 28, 2019: Central Placement Cell organized “HR Meet - Industry Expectations “ on 27th February, in Law Auditorium, Panjab University, Chandigarh for making the students aware about current industry needs. More than 400 students across various university departments attended the HR meet. The dignitaries invited from the industry were Mr.SandeepNagpal (Mentor and coach, Leadership Management Institute), Mr.PiyushGarg (Senior Consultant, Academic & Digital Solution), Mr.Satinder Singh(National Head, Rural Housing Finance HDFC Ltd.), and Mr. Manoj Adlakha. Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University Prof.EmmanulNahar was the chief guest. Experts from the industry advised the students about the current industry need, significance of personality development and gave tips to students regarding quality preparation for placements. Prof. Meena Sharma (Honorary Director, Central Placement Cell),Dr.Amandeep Singh Marwaha(Associate Director, Central Placement Cell), Prof. Neeraj Sharma, Dr.Meenu Gupta &Dr. Y.K. Rawal were instrumental in the mega event for the students.
