One-day educational trip to witness proceedings of Punjab Assembly organized by Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar. Students of MA Political Science and those with the same subject in BA Classes actively participated in the tour along with the faculty members of the department. College Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra appreciated the collaborated efforts of students and staff of the department for holding such awareness focused programs and encouraged for more such initiatives in the near future. As a part of the education during the trip, students carefully observed the minute details of the Punjab Assembly and the stay over there was followed by a similar visit with similar purposes to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. On the retreat way, the trip also paid homage to the martyrs of the Khatkar Kalan. Prof. Manpreet Kaur, Head, PG Department of Political Science, Dr.Harjit Singh, Dr.Ajitpal Singh and Prof.Kuldip were also present on this occasion.
