Guest lecture on “time management and self-discipline” organized by Management Department of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, September 25, 2019: Under the Aegis of Innocent Hearts Group, A guest Lecture on “Time Management and Self Discipline” was organised by Management Department to enhance the educational experience of students. The Chief Speaker of lecture was Lieut General J.S.Dhillon (Retd). He was presented a token of gratitude by Dr.Shailesh Tripathi (Group Director, IHGI), Prof Deepak Paul (Principal, HM Dept) and Dr. Updesh Khinda (HOD, Management). The guest lecture was interactive and intellectual as Lieut General J.S Dhillon shared the experiences of his own life with students. He stated that Time management is the ability to choose the sequence of events by exerting self-disciplined with regard to the time. Self-Discipline helps oneself to reveals the inner strength and provides the power to resist yourself from the distractions and laziness. He also put emphasis on updating the knowledge to gain a dedicated approach towards life. Prof.Deepak Paul (Principal, Hotel Management) presented a vote of thanks to the guest speaker. He stated that self-discipline and time management both are the crucial pillars of stable success. So everyone has to understand the importance of time for a successful life.
