GS Khush Foundation to hold talk at PAU

Ludhiana, February 19, 2015: Dr Gurdev Singh Khush Foundation for Advancement of Agricultural Sciences will organise a guest speaker lecture and award giving ceremony at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) on February 20.

Dr G.S. Khush, a world renowned rice breeder, will grace the occasion with his presence. Dr R.S. Paroda, Chairman, Trust for Advancement of Agricultural Sciences, and former Director General, ICAR, New Delhi will deliver the talk on “Problems in Indian Agriculture and the Way Forward.”  Dr Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor, PAU will extend a warm welcome to all. Besides, travel grants will be presented to young scientists and post-graduate students, merit scholarships to undergraduate students of PAU and GADVASU, and team award for excellence in transfer of technology.
