Tributes bring paid to Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru.

Ludhiana, November 14, 2015: Congress paid glowing tributes to the first Prime Minister of the independent India, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. A function was held at Sarabha Nagar, which was presided over by the former DCC President Mr Pawan Dewan. 
Speaking on the occasion Dewan said, Pandit Ji had not only contributed his entire life to the freedom movement of the country, but had also laid strong foundations for a strong and prosperous India. He said, it was his great vision of progress and development that India is in a position to be recognised as a great power. He urged the party workers to follow the path and ideals set by Pandit Ji. He said, the country owes so much to him and the greatest tribute to him would be to follow his ideals.
