Chandigarh, November 18, 2015: Punjab Local Government Minister Mr.Anil Joshi asked the prospective candidates appearing for tests for various departmental posts not to be carried away with fake assurances in the name of placement assurances.
In a statement issued here today he said that an outsourcing agency has taken the written exam for the posts of executive officer, junior engineer, auditor, etc. for the department of local Government. He clarified that the department has not played any role in the process of examination. He appealed to the candidates, they should be aware from any kind of fraud being played in the name of getting them jobs.
Giving technical details of examination he said that after the test, answer key was uploaded on the website within 48 hours and candidate could calculate their marks by themselves. He said that for further information candidate could contact online to the outsourcing agency. This agency has completed the process of examination and result will be uploaded on the website within 15 days.
He further said that to ensure complete transparency the entire examination process was being monitored and all posts would be filled on the merit and no interview would be conducted as per policy recommended By Prime Minister, he added.
