New Delhi, October 28, 2016: It all started when a group of friends were celebrating Diwali by firing crackers where one of them pointed other to stop using foreign Products and told them to use Indian Products. Listening to this, one of the kids took a step to create awareness among them and the society by giving lesson how to celebrate Diwali this year, by not firing crackers, as it emits smoke, be it Indian or Imported. Also teaching how to make environment clean and sterilized for a better place to live in.
HAWABADLO campaign, supported by GAIL has initiated the movement this festive season, to set the national example for every city in the country to follow. The movement in its initial year intends to connect with the citizens of our country, who are currently at massive health risks due to constant rise of PM2.5 and other lethal pollutants in the air mix.
“With the video campaign we want to create an awareness amongst the youngsters to come together and be the nation’s voice against pollution this Diwali” Says Nipun Arora Founder of Hawa Badlo.
