Underground dustbin shall be fitted in Smart City Dharamshala from Nov 15: Sudhir Sharma

Dharamshala, November 2, 2016: “The underground GPS sensed dust bin shall be fitted in Smart City Dharamshala from 15th November", said the Himachal Pradesh Urban Development Minister Sudhir Sharma. He said that a total of 225 spots have been finalised to fix these dustbins. This project shall be completed in 3 months.

Speaking after a meeting with Municipal Councillors of Smart City Dharamshala, the minister said that the installing of new street lights shall in the city shall also start by the end of this month.

He said that a detailed project work has been prepared so that the development work in the smart city equally be distributed and a full justice could be made to all the expenditures.

Sudhir Sharma further said, “The roads and streets in each ward shall be given a modern look. And 4 modern swimming pools shall be developed in Dari area of the city using local natural water.”

The parks, playing area for children, strolling paths for sr. citizens and mini gymnasiums shall be developed in every ward. The minister said that mini parking areas shall be developed everywhere to keep vehicular conjunction of road for smooth traffic flow.
