Prof. A.S. Brar, Vice-Chancellor, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Amritsar, January 3, 2015: The Department of Planning, Government of Punjab has extended the term of Prof Ajaib Singh Brar, Vice-Chancellor of Guru Nanak Dev University as member for period of two years starting from December 20, 2014.
This was stated by the spokesperson of the University on Friday. He said that this extension has been made by Shivraj Vishwanath Patil Governor of Punjab keeping in view the commendable services rendered by Brar in the field of education and planning.
