CT University inaugurates Bosch Lab
Ludhiana, September 21, 2018: Strengthening the theoretical and practical components of research, CT University has inaugurated a Bosch laboratory, which is established in collaborative pact between Bosch (world’s leading multinational engineering and electronics company) and CTU. This well equipped lab has the state-of-the-art Bosch equipment, such as, Fuel Injection Test Bench, Auto Electrical Test Bench, Diagnostic Scanner, Bosch vehicle lift, among others. The training lab, one of the only kinds in the region, will provide joint certification programs to students. Currently the batch of students from CT Group of Institutes Shahpur, Jalandhar are undergoing training in this CTU-Bosch Lab. On this occasion, CTU dignitaries namely, Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor; Dr Jagtar Dhiman, Registrar; Dr Gurvinder Bakshi, Dean Academics and Dr Sachit Vardhan, Head of Department Mechanical Engineering, were present. Dr Jagtar Dhiman, Registrar remarked that to address this concern Bosch lab has been established to offer quality training programs and ensure that the youth is keen to pursue automobile engineering that provides hands on experience in this specific field. Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor said that in the automobile sector, Bosch is among the highest creators of employment. The lab will train students for automobile sector and will contribute greatly towards generating the scientific manpower for the country.
